Bright Futures Community Services focuses on providing comprehensive and client-focused representative payee services to individuals who are eligible to receive benefits and are in need of financial management services to manage their income. They may be referred by a local social service organization, a mental health facility, the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, the Social Security Administration, the Veterans Administration, and/or a private physician. Our agency prides itself on transparency and direct communication with every client and agency we work with.
In order to access the services of Bright Futures Counseling a youth/family needs to be connected to a Care Management Organization (CMO) and referred to our agency. In order to do so you can call PerformCare right now at 1-877-652-7624. If your child or family is in need of therapeutic or support services and your child is under the age of 21, they are one phone call away. PerformCare is the System Administrator of In-Home Services in New Jersey. PerformCare is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Crisis Intervention services are also available by calling this number. If it is a true emergency, as always, please call 911.
